Full Service Wedding Planning
*This package is for the client that would like for Polished Occasions by Aiyesha to plan their grand event from beginning to end, being sure that every detail is executed flawlessly. From booking the venue (Even if you’ve already selected the venue this package can be for you), to drafting a complete wedding design of your dreams, you receive it all with this package! You are ensuring that the day of your wedding is relaxing and ‘Polished’! *
The Opulent Occasion
Partial Wedding Planning
*This package is for the client that has already selected and secured an event venue or has a venue in mind, generated a guest list, secured or has planned to secure and send out invites and has a general, conceptual idea of the theme and overall design of the event. All this client needs, is for our professionals to step in from a few months to a few weeks prior to their wedding and tie up the loose ends, such as: secure remaining vendors, draft a precise and complete event design look, and be present to handle all event needs on the day of to produce the ‘Opulent’ wedding they deserve!*
The Majestic Occasion
Event Design Only
*This package is for the client that plans to have wedding day coordination already taken care of, but may need help finding centerpieces, flowers, and/or specialty pieces and would like our help securing these vendors. This package is for the client that intends to plan most of the details of their wedding and would like to meet with and hire our design team to create and execute a magnificent design scheme for their wedding and to be present on that special day to execute a ‘Majestic’ occasion!*
**DOES NOT INCLUDE DECOR - YOUR DECOR WILL COME FROM ONE OF OUR PREFERRED DECOR VENDORS (WE ONLY CREATE YOUR DESIGN CONCEPT)
The Grand Occasion
Month of Coordination + Design
*This package is a combination of Month of Coordination and the ‘Majestic’ Occasion. With this package, the client has gone through the process of planning most of the details for their wedding and would like for our team to help secure remaining vendors pertaining to décor and to execute a magnificent design scheme and conduct the coordination on that special day for their wedding in order to execute a ‘Grand’ occasion!*
Your Investment
-Our couples invest anywhere between $8,000-$10,000+ for Full planning + design and $15,000+ for Wedding Weekend Packages
-Partial planning investment begins between $6,000 - $7,000+
-The Grand Occasion Package investment ranges between $5,500 - $6,500+
-Design Only investment ranges between $2,200-$3,200

services we provide:
Initial consultation with the couple
Preparing a detailed budget
Continued consultation and advice (e.g. on etiquette) as needed
Preparing a schedule for events
Preparing a detailed timeline and checklists
Assisting with selection and booking of venues (ceremony and reception)
Assisting with selecting and booking an officiant for the wedding
Assisting with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding
Creatively directing and/or assisting with the design and overall look of the wedding (ceremony and reception)
Assisting with arranging the printing and mailing out of the save the dates and invitations
Tracking RSVPs and maintaining guest list
Assisting with selection of wedding attire and accessories
Finding, negotiating with and booking suitable vendors (e.g. florist, photographer, videographer, musicians, caterer, etc.)
Reviewing vendors' contracts and coordinating with vendors
Providing information to obtain a marriage license
Make sure marriage license is present on the day of/keeping track of license
Deliver couple’s gifts on the day of ceremony
Assist with bridal gown
Oversee all vendors for set-up, adhere to the schedule
Preparing itineraries, seating list, name plates
Attending and overseeing the rehearsal
Instructing attendants regarding their day-of duties
Directing the processionals, recessionals and receiving line
Coordinating the collection of gifts received on the wedding day
Wedding day coordination
Assist with decor for honeymoon suite upon request
Assist with hotel blocks and negotiate rates
Assist with and deliver out of town guests welcome packages to selected hotel
Providing a peaceful, stress-free day for the couple
